The chain conveyor is designed for the transport of bulk materials in the agro-industrial sector, especially cereals, oilseeds, legumes, as well as products in powder form.<\/h5>\n

It works in horizontal position or at an angle of max. 10 - 15\u00b0, either as a stand-alone device or as an accessory of machines and technological lines. We recommend the use of chain conveyors with chain bends to overcome steeper gradients. Chain conveyors can operate as unidirectional, bi-directional and residue-free. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The actual transport of the material is ensured by moving the chain in the conveyor trough along the bottom made of solid sheet metal, plastic or the bottom is reinforced in the middle with a strip of sheet metal or plastic. According to the customer's requirements, these conveyors can be supplied in a design for abrasive environments. The performance parameters depend on the type of conveyor, i.e. the working width and the volumetric weight of the material. Depending on customer requirements, we can supply conveyors with a capacity of 15 - 220 t\/hr, in black, galvanized or stainless steel sheet. <\/p>\n

    Standard equipment:<\/h5>\n

    Galvanized and bolted design, Nord electric gearboxes with direct mounting on the drive shaft or through the chain transmission, chain overload and overrun sensor, bottom of the conveyor, driven and drive head, as well as outlets lined with a PE plate with a thickness of 6 - 10 m, in the upper part of the conveyor pipe are placed PE rollers, which support the return branch of the conveyor chain. In the case of outletless and bi-directional chain conveyors, this function is taken over by the second bottom of the conveyor. Steel chain with demarcating plastic retainers.
