The compound feed conveyor is designed for the distribution and transport of compound or scrap feed from the compound feed manufacturing plant - from the central preparation plant to the bulk nuclear feed bunkers.<\/h4>\n

The filling of the compound feed conveyor is carried out mechanically by means of a conveyor or by self-discharge from the underrun hoppers. Emptying is carried out using air pressure from the tractor's own compressor, which is driven from the tractor's pto. The feed is thus conveyed into the hopper by means of air pressure and a flexible hose.<\/p>\n

Emptying is facilitated by an air pump located in the walls of the transporter.<\/p>\n
