The light belt conveyor is designed for continuous or intermittent transport of bulk or small lump material in construction, agriculture, coal stockpiles, sand and gravel mining, landfills, etc.<\/p>\n

The conveyors are composed of the following parts:<\/h4>\n

  • driving station<\/li>\n
  • conveyor belt<\/li>\n
  • frame<\/li>\n
  • lateral guidance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    The drive station with drive is made of sheet steel. The drive drum is mounted on it in two bearing houses. On one side, the drum has a longer shaft, at the end of which a pulley is placed over the tongue. The pulley gear transmits the torque from the drive to the drum. We use worm gears as the drive unit, unless the technical solution or the material to be transported requires another solution. The belt transmission is fitted with a safety cover. Tensioning screws are located on both sides of the drive station. <\/p>\n

    The driving station is made of sheet steel. There are tensioning bolts on the sides and the driven drum is mounted in bearing houses. The tensioning serves both to tension the belt and also to fine-tune the operation of the conveyor belt against misalignment. <\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
